Great fit roomy comfy soft material very pretty dress well made.My daughter loves this dress.So... Yes, I'm an adult - but am I adult SIZED? No, apearently ; not according to most of the clothes in Walmart's women's section. I often either have to, or choose to, buy my clothes from the kid's section, or in large child sizes. I almost always fit a 10-12, and am pretty much guaranteed to fit any 12-14 yr old sizes in anything... Because I'm ( maybe ) 5'2", a 32A bust, and only 115lbs.Therefore... I was looking for pioneer prairie dresses to wear during daily life ( because, YES! ? ) and I thought that this dress would fit in a size 12. The measurements seemed pretty close.It did not fit.The shoulders were only a little tight, but the sleeves were almost 3/4 length, and the waistline was almost a regency dress, and was REALLY LOOSE?Feels like good quality, though.Long story short, do not buy a size 12 IF :⭐ The intended wearer is 5'2" ( or 5'1" )⭐ The intended wearer does not like really loose dresses, especially in the waist area.⭐ The intended wearer is an adult???This was better quality than we expected. She loves the feel of the material.This dress is so soft and comfortable! My daughter is extremely sensitive to fabrics and absolutely loved this dress.I love how this dress fits and looks! I got this for a school project for my daughter. She has to wear it with an apron and a cap that I wish came with this dress for the price. However, it is a nice dress overall! Light weight too! We can definitely use this for church or a nice family gathering. Really pretty!I bought this for my daughter’a black history month project. She dresses as Madame C J Walker. I liked it as a costume.First of all the dress fits like a sack. It is way to big around the waist and just a little too short. The dress should really have ties in the back so that it can be made to fit. Second, the dress has button holes on the sleeve/wrist, but no buttons! What the heck?! Third, the dress is so wrinkled! It looks like it was in a wadded up in a ball for months before it was packaged and mailed out. I am very disappointed in this purchase! I need this for a school project, so I’m going to have to make it work since I don’t have time to order something else. Buyer beware! This dress does NOT look like the pictures on Amazon. This dress looks like a cheap knockoff of the dress in the pictures.
